As a Fellow, you’re not alone. Heather and Tessa are focused on supporting  you and your development as a Fellow. Their doors are always open for a casual drop in, finding time for an extra coaching session, being a sounding board, or just to see how you’re doing. You’ll work closely with them on your regions and programs as well as benefiting from their leadership and real world experiences.
