Ben Moses

Benjamin (Ben) Moses joined El Pomar Foundation as a member of the 2026 Fellowship class. As a 1st Year Fellow, Ben supports El Pomar’s Awards for Excellence program, Communications Office, and Investment Challenge, as well as the Foundation’s Southeast Regional Council.

Originally born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Ben moved frequently throughout his childhood as an army brat before attending the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and receiving his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. While at UCCS, Ben served in many student leadership positions including Student Government Association (SGA), Polemarch for the Omicron Pi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and Board Member of the Black Student Union (BSU), all of which supported building community across campus and advocating for student needs.

Ben has a strong passion for community service and has acquired experience volunteering through his fraternity, the CSPD Victim Advocacy Unit (VAU), and working as a behavioral health technician with teens and adults who have undergone substance abuse and mental health challenges.

With his spare time, Ben is pursuing a master’s degree in public administration and serving as Senator for the College of Public Service at UCCS. He is very fond of watching movies, being active in the gym, playing basketball, reading, listening to Spotify, and being out in the community.
