Fellowship Alumni

Fellowship Alumni at 30th Alumni Reunion, 2022

Our nearly 300 Fellowship alumni are leaders in the public, private and nonprofit sectors in Colorado and across the country. Alumni help current Fellows by serving as mentors, discussing potential career opportunities and offering insight on how to succeed at El Pomar and beyond. Alumni also remain connected and continue to take advantage of the network after completing the Fellowship and throughout their careers.

Peer Mentoring Circles

In 2021, El Pomar Foundation’s Fellowship program created an alumni engagement effort, following a 2020 research and analysis project conducted by White River Strategy that included feedback from current Fellows and alumni. This program was previewed at the 30th Fellowship Reunion in February 2022. After launching the coach application, developing materials and completing coach training, the Alumni Relations team is excited to announce the launch of four alum-led circles on three unique topics. We hope you’ll join in on these special opportunities for alumni.
