Dylan Craddock joined El Pomar Foundation as a Fellow in July 2021. Her programs include Alumni Relations, Communications, The Dorothy Ferrand Fund, Forum for Civic Advancement, and Southeast Colorado Springs Initiative. She also serves as the 2nd Year Fellow for the Pikes Peak and Northeast Regions.

Dylan was born and raised in Colorado Springs and spent four years in Memphis, TN attending Rhodes College. Throughout college Dylan threw herself into the city of Memphis, working in voting rights and advocacy with Latino Memphis and promoting international education with both Memphis in May International Festival and her college’s study abroad office. She studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she gained her love for nonprofit work with Fundación Pilares. Dylan also served as a research assistant in the International Studies department, was an author and editor for the department journal and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team. After graduating in 2019 with degrees in International Studies and Spanish, Dylan returned home and worked in donor relations for the UCHealth Memorial Foundation before departing for her Fulbright grant in Arequipa, Peru in March 2020.

Since returning to Colorado Springs, Dylan has stayed active in the community through positions at the Broadmoor Hotel and the LEAP program at Goodwill before joining El Pomar. In her free time, Dylan enjoys hiking with her two dogs and husband, cooking with her younger brother and spending time out in Colorado Springs and the surrounding natural areas.
