Grant Application

By now, you’ve hopefully read our overview, process & guidelines, toolkit, and reviewed our funds. Now all that’s left is the grant application.

Please note that we transitioned to a new grants management system in April 2026. If this is your first time using the new portal, you will need to create a new account. If you select “Forgot your Password?” and do not receive an email, it is likely because you do not yet have an account in the new system. Your organization’s grant history will be merged with your new account, typically within one to two business days.

 

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. To ensure eligibility for Trustee review, complete competitive and Fund applications must be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to a Trustee meeting. Incomplete applications may be assigned to a later meeting. 

 

We also encourage you to review your organization’s profile and confirm that all contact and mailing information is current.
