Lynsey Sibold

Lynsey Sibold joined El Pomar Foundation as a member of the 2025 Fellowship class. As a 1st Year Fellow, Lynsey serves on Alumni Relations, Communications, the Pikes Peak Heritage Series, and Recruiting. She also supports the Northeast Regional Council.

Lynsey grew up in Frederick, Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) in 2025. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a double concentration in Pre-Health Professions and Leadership, and Entrepreneurial Professions. Lynsey is passionate about community involvement and connecting with others. During her time at CSU, she served as the Director of Service and Philanthropy for her sorority chapter, Pi Beta Phi, and as Vice President of Community Development for the Panhellenic Association at CSU. Additionally, Lynsey was a Ram Welcome Leader, a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses, and completed an internship with a local nonprofit.

With a passion for youth development, Lynsey has worked with children in various roles including as a camp counselor and preschool teacher ,and has earned her Early Childhood Professional Credential.

In her free time, Lynsey enjoys spending time with friends, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and going outdoors.
