Kim Gortz is the Manager of Water Resources for Colorado Springs Utilities. The Water Resources team is responsible for water resource planning, protection, development, and stewardship of the water resources and watersheds for the second largest municipal water provider in the State of Colorado.  She has been with Colorado Springs Utilities for over 12 years working on a wide range of projects and activities related to regional collaboration, policy and water resource infrastructure and supply development.
