Please join us for the 2025 ELD Retreat, where we will gather insight and feedback on Elevating Leadership Development. This year, we’re inviting both ELD members and nonprofit leaders to attend, forging stronger ties between the nonprofit and ELD communities in support of greater civic engagement.
In addition, we will offer special programming on essential topics for today’s world — artificial intelligence and cybersecurity for nonprofits — to help you lead as informed and knowledgeable executives and board members.
As we move into the 25th year of ELD, we invite you to lend your voice on how we can better serve you in developing yourselves and the leaders of the future.

Meet Our Speakers
Rodney Gullatte, Jr.
Rodney Gullatte, Jr., is CEO of Firma IT Solutions, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and Certified Chief Information Security Officer with over fourteen professional cybersecurity certifications. He leads efforts to protect businesses through advanced cybersecurity services and Penetration Testing in the Pikes Peak Region and globally. Rodney has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal, serves on multiple regional and national boards, including the National Cybersecurity Center, and has been honored as a 2023 EC-Council Chief Information Security Officer Hall of Fame Award Winner.
Jonathan Liebert
Jonathan Liebert is CEO/Executive Director of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and the Southern Colorado Impact Group, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), ethics, and small business development for over a decade. Jonathan brings a unique perspective to AI integration in the workplace as founder of The AI Collective for Colorado, an interdisciplinary think tank accelerating regional collaboration in artificial intelligence. He also chairs the National AI Taskforce for the National Association of State Workforce Board Chairs, where he helps shape national AI policy.
