IMPORTANT: Before submitting a request, please read the General Guidelines for Use of Penrose House
Meetings must be strategic or productive in nature.
No fund raising events, recognition lunches/dinners, social or celebratory events.
Meetings must be held during business hours.
Booked meeting space must have a 4 hour minimum.
By acknowledging this document, I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the standards of use set forth in the General Guidelines for Visiting Penrose House. Additionally, our organization and its representatives will irrevocably and unconditionally agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless El Pomar Foundation and each of its officers, directors, associates, and agents from and against any and all claims and liabilities, losses, and expense arising from or in connection with any act or omission associated with the use of Penrose House.
Please be aware that submitting this request DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION. Penrose House is used exclusively for meetings, conferences, seminars and retreats for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations and government equivalents.
