Shelby Pauka joined El Pomar Foundation as a member of the 2019 Fellowship class. As a Fellow, Shelby works with the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs, Awards for Excellence, the Karl E. Eitel Fund, the William J. Hybl Fund and the Sally Beck Fund. She also supports the Southeast and San Juan regions.
Shelby was raised in Colorado Springs and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S. in Business Administration Marketing, a B.S. in Strategic Communication, and a certificate in operations and information management. During her time at CU, Shelby served as the Vice President of Community Service for a professional business fraternity, was a mentor to two incoming freshmen, and was a recurring collaboration leader at an annual business student workshop. Shelby was also an avid volunteer in the Boulder area and continues that work in the Colorado Springs community.
