Elizabeth Hoffner currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Fellowship. In this role she supports Fellows in their professional development and management. She also supports all Fellow related activities including the internship, the recruiting process, alumni relations, and Fellow orientation. During her time in this role she has become ICF Coach Certified and enjoys coaching Fellows, interns and clients. She was selected to be a part of the Colorado Springs Mayor’s Fellowship in 2022 and is enjoying being engaged in her city.
Born and raised in Center, Colorado, Elizabeth graduated from the University of Denver where she majored in finance with minors in leadership studies and psychology. While attending the University of Denver, Elizabeth served as the undergraduate student government finance chair, senior senator, and personnel for her sorority. Elizabeth is passionate about youth development and volunteers for Colorado State 4-H and serves as Vice President on the Colorado Agriculture Leadership Foundation Board. When she isn’t at work, you can find her fly fishing, paddle boarding, or managing her own LLC.
