On December 17, one day after the Foundation’s 75th birthday, the Trustees of El Pomar met to consider grant proposals. They approved 56 grants totaling over $1 million. Recipients represent 13 counties from across the state of Colorado.
Grant recipients include:
- Colorado Nonprofit Development Center - $25,000 toward a new shared office and training space at 789 Sherman St. in Denver
- Colorado Symphony Association - $20,000 in support for Symphonic Salida
- Neighborhood Housing Services of Pueblo - $10,000 in general operating support
- Wray Community Child Care Center - $10,000 for general operating support
