Congratulations to Kyle Hybl, who was recently named chairman of the University of Colorado system’s Board of Regents. Hybl is an El Pomar vice president and serves as the Foundation’s general counsel. He also serves as general counsel for the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs and The Garden City Company in Garden City, KA, and as legal adviser to the National Homeland Defense Foundation in Colorado Springs.
A product of the University himself, Hybl earned both his bachelor’s and his law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Hybl has represented Colorado’s 5th Congressional District of the Board of Regents since 2006, and served on several committees on the Board, including budget and finance (vice chair), academic affairs (chair), and strategic planning.
