El Pomar’s Internship Program provides a unique summer experience for continuing undergraduate students. Interns receive an introduction to the nonprofit sector and an opportunity to develop professional interests and skills.

Terrell Brown (Outreach Programs)

Terrell is a member of the Montana State basketball team. Aside from playing basketball, Terrell enjoys shopping, working out, and spending time with his family. In the future, he aspires to positively impact the youth in his community.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jon Colarelli (Outreach Programs)

Jon is a rising senior at Santa Clara University. He is a resident assistant, high school tutor, and an advisory council member for the Honors Program. Jon is excited to return to Colorado Springs and serve his hometown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Garrett Cry (Regional Partnerships)

Garrett completed his undergraduate degree this semester and is excited to begin a partnership engineering program at the University of Southern California this fall. In his free time, Garrett enjoys swimming, practicing clarinet, and spending time outdoors.

Ellen Lundwall (Communications)

As a Colorado native, Ellen loves all things outdoors including hiking, biking, and swimming. She has a passion for helping people. More specifically, she enjoys working with marginalized populations, learning about different cultures, aiding education of youth and adults transitioning out of the judicial system, and teaching refugees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Andy Post  (Penrose House)

Andy recently completed his sophomore year at CC and looks forward to continuing his engagement with the nonprofit sector as an intern at El Pomar. He enjoys playing music (piano) and is excited to spend time exploring the Cheyenne Mountain area this summer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Megan Ryan (Executive Office)

Megan is a rising junior at the University of Notre Dame and a third generation Colorado Native.  She is a member of the Student International Business Council, and she is thrilled to gain experience the nonprofit sector while at El Pomar.  Megan is an avid hiker and hopes to climb all of Colorado’s 14ers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alejandro Salazar (Grants and Special Projects)

Alejandro is a rising junior at Colorado College. He was recently elected Student Body President, and he has served as an RA and sits on the President’s Council. In his free time he enjoys reading the news, climbing, and enjoying all that Colorado Springs has to offer.
