El Pomar Staff Volunteers with Pikes Peak Firefighters Association

Tags: Wild Land Fire Fund

Last night, the Broadmoor Hotel graciously donated 500 steak dinners to help feed hungry emergency responders, firefighters, and El Paso County Deputies who are bravely fighting the Black Forest Fire. Ten El Pomar staff members helped serve the meals yesterday evening with the Pikes Peak Firefighters Association.

El Pomar’s Wild Land Fire Fund is currently accepting emergency funding proposals for personal protective equipment. Fire departments or protection districts that are involved in fighting the Black Forest, Royal Gorge, and La Veta fires should send proposals to Justin Couglin at jcoughlin@elpomar.org.
