El Pomar Foundation has announced the election of Andrea Aragon and Matt Carpenter to the foundation's Board of Trustees and the promotions of Lori Bellingham to vice president, communications and Devanie Helman to director of El Pomar Fellowship.
Aragon is president/CEO of the United Way of Pueblo County.
Carpenter is El Pomar's executive vice president in charge of grants.
Bellingham directs El Pomar communications and is deputy director of the Regional Partnership Program. Helman served as the deputy director of the fellowship before leaving to complete a master's in education at Stanford.
