Senior Vice President and Director of Regional Partnerships
Cathy Robbins began working at El Pomar Foundation in 2003. She directs the Regional Partnership program as a Senior Vice President. Cathy is also El Pomar’s senior staff member for the Northwest and Southwest Regions. Cathy has 23 years of experience as a nonprofit chief executive officer. As an instructor at the University of Colorado School of Public Affairs, where Cathy teaches graduate level nonprofit management courses. She also serves as adjunct faculty for community programs for the Center of Creative Leadership. Cathy currently serves on the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Board. In 2010, Cathy received the Steve Graham Award for Building Nonprofit Capacity from the Colorado Nonprofit Association and received the 2016 Colorado Springs Athena Award.
Cathy earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University and Master of Public Administration from Wichita State University.
