Meet Our Current Fellows

El Pomar Fellows come to the program with a variety of educational and work experiences. They go on to pursue careers in all three sectors (business, government and nonprofit) or opportunities for advanced degrees. While with El Pomar they provide valuable support for the Foundation's programs and grantmaking efforts, and at the same time follow a professional development curriculum that allows them to delve into the theory behind leadership development.
