Duration and Compensation
The Fellowship generally lasts two years from the date of entry into the program. An annual class of Fellows will typically begin in mid-July. Specific entry and completion dates are based on Foundation requirements and individual considerations. Employment with the Foundation is considered to be "at-will." Colorado is an "at-will" state, meaning that employees and employers may voluntarily enter into and cease employment agreements at any time.
Starting annual salary is $31,000. However, post-undergraduate work experience and/or education is considered to determine salary level. Benefits are competitive.
