Note: If your meeting is in the Copper Building, please use the parking lot adjacent to the Copper Building
CAN I TAKE A TOUR OF PENROSE HOUSE?
Penrose House offers two options for public tours, at no cost.
Penrose House is available for sef-guided tours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. It is
recommended that you call in advance to check availability.
Reservations are required for guided tours. Guided tours usually run 30-60 minutes depending
upon the size of the group and the number of questions asked.
Penrose House's primary purpose is to provide conference space to Colorado 501(c)3 organizations. Reserved conference rooms may not be available to tour on any given day. Mondays are the preferred day for both types of tours. For any questions, or to schedule a guided tour, please call 719-577-7001.
CAN I HOST A PRIVATE EVENT OR CELEBRATION AT PENROSE HOUSE?
No. Penrose House is made available for the exclusive use of nonprofit organizations and government equivalents. Penrose House does not host private events such as weddings.
